Soft Beverages Llp is based at the Torino Factory in Vilangudi, which is part of Visalakshi Nagar in Madurai. If you’re from around here, you probably know the area well. It’s a place with a lot of history, and the factory has been a part of that landscape for quite some time. The building shows its age in a few spots, but it’s solid and does the job we need it to do. Madurai is known for being a hot place, so working in a beverage factory means we’re always thinking about the temperature. Inside, the bottling lines are usually running, making a steady clinking sound that you get used to after a few days. We don't use big words or have fancy presentations about what we do. We just make sure the drinks are bottled and the crates are stacked correctly. Sometimes the truck drivers have to wait a bit if we’re running behind, and we’ll have a chat with them while they sit in the shade. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big polished image to maintain. Most of us have been working in Vilangudi for years and we know the shortcuts through Visalakshi Nagar like the back of our hands. Soft Beverages is just a local spot where people work hard, get a bit sweaty, and try to keep things moving. It’s not fancy, it’s just Madurai.
