Our office is located right at the HR Church building on RMS Road, which is very close to the Periyar Bus Stand. Being so near the main bus stand means things are always moving around here. We handle cab bookings for people coming into Madurai or those needing to head out to nearby towns. It's a simple setup. We spend most of our day on the phone talking to drivers and checking where the cars are. The traffic on RMS Road can get pretty heavy, especially in the afternoons, but that is just part of being in this area of the city. We have a few regular drivers who have been with us for a while. It isn't a massive corporate operation, just a local taxi office where you can come in and talk to us face-to-face. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it's a bit of a mess with people coming in and out. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a car for a temple visit or just a drop to the station, we look at the schedule and see what's free. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and most people in the neighborhood know where to find us. It’s just about getting people from one place to another without too much fuss. We don’t have fancy uniforms or anything like that. Just us working here daily. Sometimes the tea runs out before the work does, but we keep going.
