You can find Rufeena Travels over at the No 5 Shopping Complex on Natham Main Road. We are situated in the Narayanapuram Reserve Line area of Madurai. It’s a decent spot, easy enough to get to if you’re in the city. We’ve been operating out of this shopping complex for a while. Usually, the day starts with a lot of phone calls about bookings and routes. Natham Main Road gets quite busy, so there is always something happening outside. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us here. We know the local roads and the best ways to get around Madurai without getting stuck in too much traffic. Sometimes people come in just to ask about the best time to leave for a trip. We give them the straight answer based on what we see every day. The office is simple, just some desks and chairs and maps. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because that isn’t what people come to us for. They just want a way to travel that actually works. Whether it's a short trip or something longer, we handle the details. It’s what we do. Dealing with travel plans can be a bit messy sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’re just local people helping other locals get where they need to go. It keeps us busy and the bills paid.
