R J Management

R J Management is based at 226 Ring Road in Anna Nagar, Madurai. We have been here for a good while, and being on the Ring Road makes it easy to get around to different parts of the city. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us handling the logistics for different kinds of events and gatherings. Management sounds like a big word, but mostly it just means we are the ones making sure everything is where it is supposed to be. We spend our days on the phone with suppliers or meeting people to talk about their plans. In Madurai, things move at their own pace, and we have learned how to work with that. Our office is pretty simple, just some desks and chairs where we can sit and go over the details. We do not use a lot of business talk or complicated terms. We just speak plainly about what needs to happen to make an event run smoothly. Sometimes things do not go perfectly, like a truck getting stuck in traffic or a vendor missing a deadline, but we are used to fixing those things on the fly. It is practical, everyday work. We live and work in Anna Nagar, so we care about doing a decent job for the people who come to us. We are just here to help organize things so our clients do not have to worry so much.
