Jeeboombaa Event Management Service

We run Jeeboombaa Event Management Service out of our office on H.A. Road. It’s over in the Chinna Chokkikulam part of Madurai, which is usually pretty active. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different venues across the city. Managing events means there is always something going on, whether it's a small gathering or something bigger. We didn't start with much, just a desk and a phone, but we've managed to keep going. Our space at No. 43 is where we do all the planning and paperwork. It can get a bit messy with all the files and notes scattered around, but we know where everything is. People in Madurai know us for just getting things done without making a big fuss. It isn't always easy, especially when things change at the last minute, but that is just how this business goes. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy brochures. Usually, it's just someone telling their cousin or neighbor about us. We like the local feel of Chinna Chokkikulam and being part of the community here. Every day is a bit different. One day we are looking at decor, and the next we are checking on food. It keeps us busy and we don’t really have time for anything too formal. We just show up and do the work that needs doing.
