Pro Ad Advertising Co. is based in Arasaradi, up on the second floor of Yogesh Complex. We are right on the Byepassroad, so the traffic noise is something we live with every single day. Being near Big Bazaar means there are always people around, which makes the area feel very alive and constant. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve made it work for us over the years. We have our desks set up near the windows, and there’s usually some half-finished banner or a stack of ad layouts sitting around waiting for the next step. We’ve been doing this for a long time now, starting out with just a single computer and a lot of hope. Now, we have a bit more than that, but the way we work hasn't changed much. We don't go in for corporate buzzwords or long meetings about goals. We just look at what needs to be printed or designed and we get on with it. Sometimes the rain lashes against the windows and makes it hard to hear each other, but we just keep working. The tea stall downstairs is where we go when we need a break from the computer screens. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere here. We aren't looking to become a global giant; we just want to do good work for the people who come to see us in Yogesh Complex. It’s a practical business run by regular people who care about the work.
