You can find us at No 19/6 on Tamilchagan Rroad, right on the Mani Nagaram Main Road here in Madurai. It’s a decent-sized office where we handle all our travel bookings. The street outside is usually busy with local traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve been working from this location for quite some time now, mostly helping people with their travel plans around the state. We have a few desks and chairs for when customers come in to talk about their trips. It’s not a very fancy setup, just a practical place to get work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and other agencies to make sure everything is lined up. Sometimes we are out the door early to check on the vehicles, and other times we are stuck inside doing the accounts. The Mani Nagaram area is a good place for us because it’s easy for people to reach. We don’t do any big promotions or anything like that. Most people who come to us are just locals or people who have used us before. We just try to keep things organized so that when someone needs a car or a ticket, we have the answer ready. The office has a lived-in feel to it, with papers and calendars everywhere. It’s just us doing our daily work, making sure people get to their destinations without too much trouble. We just open up and get to it.
