Manoj Cabs

We are located right in the middle of the Main Market on West Veli Street. It is a very busy area with all the shops and the daily trade going on. Manoj Cabs is basically just a small office where we manage our fleet of cars. Because we are in the market, there is always noise and people moving about, which we have gotten used to over the years. We mostly focus on providing taxis for people who need to get around the city or maybe head out to the airport. It's a lot of coordination. We spend hours on the phone making sure drivers are awake and at the right pickup points. The office isn't much to look at, just a place for us to keep our records and for drivers to drop in for their instructions. We don't use any fancy apps or complicated software, just a good old-fashioned notebook and a mobile phone. Sometimes things get delayed because of the market traffic, but we try to plan around that as much as we can. It's a tough business sometimes, but we keep at it. People know us in this part of West Veli Street, and they just walk in when they need a ride. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth has always been enough for us. We've been sitting in this same spot for years and don't plan on moving anywhere else soon.
