Our office is located over in Avaniapuram, specifically at C 48 on the first floor of the building at Malligai Priyanka Avenue. We are right on the APK Main Road, so it is very easy to find us, though the traffic outside can be a bit much sometimes. Magilchi Properties Limited is not a fancy operation. We just have this one office where we keep track of local land and houses. We spend a lot of time out in the sun looking at sites and checking boundaries. It is dusty work, but someone has to do it. We do not have a big team of sales people in suits. Usually, it is just us in our regular clothes, talking to buyers and sellers about what is fair. We know the 625012 area very well because we live and work right here. The stairs to the first floor are a little narrow, but we have plenty of space once you get inside. We handle the usual property stuff like checking documents and making sure the prices are right. We do not believe in making things sound better than they actually are. If a plot is far from the road, we say so. It is just a simple, local business. We keep our files organized and our phones charged, and that is about as corporate as we get.
