Gowtham Real Estate Services is based at 15/79-8 on E Lokamanya Street in R S Puram West. It is a decent neighborhood and we have a small office on the ground floor. We have been here for a while, helping people find houses or maybe a spot for their new business. R S Puram is a popular place, so we stay pretty busy with people coming and going. We don’t have any polished sales pitches or big brochures to hand out. We just have a list of what’s currently available and we talk it over with anyone who comes in. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon driving around to show people different apartments or office spaces. It can be tiring, but it’s just what the work involves. We keep our office simple with just the basic things we need to get the job done. We know the other business owners on Lokamanya Street and we often hear about new properties from them before they even hit the market. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We are just a local service trying to help our neighbors find the right place to live or work. We usually have some papers piled up on the desk and a calendar on the wall to keep track of everything. It’s a quiet but steady way to earn a living in this part of town.
