Our office is located at No:5/1398 on Voc 3rd Street in Tahsildhar Nagar. It is a quiet residential area, which makes it a nice place to work from. We have been in the real estate business here in Madurai for some time. Our setup is very simple. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy lobby with air conditioning that works all the time. It is just a small room where we keep our records and meet people. Most of the folks who come to see us are looking for a plot of land to build a house on. We know the layout of Tahsildhar Nagar and the surrounding streets very well. We don't go in for all those modern marketing tricks. We just put a sign out and talk to anyone who walks in. Sometimes the business is slow, and we just sit and chat with the neighbors who pass by. Other times, it’s a rush to get all the documents ready for a sale. We try to be as helpful as we can with the paperwork, as it can be quite confusing for some people. We are just regular people making a living by helping others find a place to settle down. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like being part of the local community here on Voc 3rd Street.
