Our office is in the P.M Complex over in Kalavasal, right on the Bye Pass Road in Madurai. If you know where A.V Mahal is, we are quite close to that, and Thangam Motors is just across from us. It’s a very active area with cars and bikes zooming past all the time. Being at number 108 means we see a lot of the city’s growth happening right outside the window. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time now, mostly dealing with people looking for land or houses around Madurai. It’s not a corporate setup with glass walls; it’s more of a place where you can sit down and have a real talk about property. Sometimes the tea stall nearby is where the best conversations happen. We know the local streets well because we spend so much time walking them. Madurai is changing fast, and being on the bypass road puts us in the middle of it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us here trying to help folks figure out where they want to live or invest. The building is easy to find once you get to the complex. We usually have the fan going and the files stacked up. It’s just honest work in a busy part of town. We like the energy of Kalavasal and how everyone is always moving.
