You can find our office right across from the Periyar Bus Stand, which is probably the busiest spot in Madurai. We are located inside The Madurai Residency building, specifically at units 14 and 15 on West Marret Street. It’s a convenient place for us because there are always people moving around the bus stand looking for a way to get somewhere else. We spend our days arranging trips and looking after the vehicles we use. Sometimes people just walk in because they are waiting for a bus and want to see if we have a better option for their family. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it gets the job done. We’ve got a couple of computers and a lot of paperwork. Dealing with travel in a city like this means things can get pretty hectic, especially during the festival seasons. We handle various types of bookings, whether it's for a quick trip around the city or something longer. We’ve been in this part of Madurai for a good bit of time. The traffic outside can be noisy, but inside we just focus on the bookings. It’s a straightforward business. We show up in the morning, open the doors, and see who needs help getting from point A to point B. It’s mostly regular work, nothing too complicated. Being near the bus stand helps a lot since everyone knows where that is. We just keep the doors open and wait for the next person.
