K K Tour N Travels is over at No 25, Mahal 7th Street. We’re tucked away right at the backside of the Thirumalai Naicker Palace. It’s a historic area, and we get a lot of people wandering by after they’ve visited the palace. Our office is simple and reflects the neighborhood. We aren't a big agency with shiny windows. We’re just a small group of people who know travel. Most of our work involves setting up tours or arranging cars for visitors and locals alike. Mahal 7th Street is a bit quieter than the main roads, which we actually like. It gives us a chance to talk to our customers without all the noise. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. We know the history of the place and the best spots to visit in Madurai. When people come in, we just tell them the facts about their travel options. There’s no pressure or sales talk. We just want to help them get their plans sorted out. Sometimes things go wrong with schedules, and we spend our time fixing those little messes. It’s part of the job. Being near the palace is great because we meet people from all over. But at the end of the day, we’re just a local business trying to do things right for the people who trust us. It is just a few of us here every day.
