Jannath Travels

Jannath Travels is located right on West Masi Street, which anyone from Madurai knows is one of the busiest parts of town. We are at number 77, very close to the mosque, so there is always a lot of movement and noise around our office. It’s a good spot because people can just walk in while they are out doing their shopping or coming from prayers. We deal with all sorts of travel needs, mostly just arranging vehicles for families or individuals who don't want to deal with the public buses. The street outside is always crowded with bikes and autos, so getting a car out of here takes a bit of patience. We have a small team here. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure they know where the pickups are. It is not a very quiet job, but we like being in the middle of everything. Sometimes it gets stressful when the traffic is backed up all the way to the junction, but we do what we can. We have been here for a bit now and most of the shopkeepers nearby know us. We don't use any big fancy booking systems, just our notebooks and phones. It is a straightforward business. We try to keep the cars ready and the drivers informed.
