Ivlr Concrete

Our location is at No 9, Iravathanallur, right on the Ramathapuram Main Road. We are quite close to the Teppakulam, which is a big landmark around here that everyone knows. Being on the main road means we get a lot of dust and noise from the buses and lorries passing by. The concrete business is a heavy one, so our yard is filled with machinery and piles of aggregates. The sun in this part of the country can be really brutal, making the metal equipment hot to the touch by midday. We usually start our shift very early to beat the worst of the heat. There is no corporate structure here; it is just a group of us who have been doing this for years. We handle the orders as they come in, mostly for local construction projects in the neighborhood. My small office is right near the entrance, where I can see everyone coming and going. It is not a polished place, and there are always concrete splatters on the ground and the walls. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or anything like that. People just stop their bikes or cars and ask for what they need. We have a couple of old trucks for deliveries that have seen a lot of miles. It is a straightforward operation where we just focus on the daily tasks and getting the concrete moved out to the sites.
