Hello Events

Hello Events is located at No 81 on Old Natham Road in Valluvar Colony. We are specifically on the 1st Street, right near the Bala Mandir School. If you live in this part of Madurai, you probably know the school well. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. We handle events of different kinds, mostly just helping people get their parties or gatherings organized without too much stress. It’s a small operation here. We don’t have fancy receptionists or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different spots in the city. Madurai is a place where traditions matter, so we see a lot of local customs in the work we do. We don't try to change how things are done; we just try to make the logistics work out. Sometimes we are up early to get things ready before the sun gets too hot. Other times we are packing up long after everyone else has gone home. It’s a lot of physical work, moving chairs or setting up sound systems and making sure the wiring is safe. We’ve made some mistakes over the years, but we always learn from them. We are just regular people working a job we know how to do. It’s a busy life, but it’s what keeps us going. Most of the time, we’re just happy to finish the day knowing the job is done.
