Friends Exports

Friends Exports is based at 90 Navalar Nagar, right near the By-Pass Road. It’s a handy location because the trucks can get on the highway quickly. We deal with exporting various goods, mostly textiles and some local products. The building is a simple two-story place. We use the ground floor for packing and the top part for the paperwork. It’s a small group of us working here. Most of us live nearby in the Navalar Nagar area. We don’t have a big corporate structure. If something needs doing, whoever is free just does it. We spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping agents and customs. It can be a headache sometimes, but it’s what we do. The By-Pass Road is always loud, but you get used to the sound of the engines after a few weeks. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the boxes get to where they’re going on time. We’ve been at this address for several years now. It’s a busy life, and we don’t really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our partners have been working with us for a long time. We mostly rely on these old connections to keep things moving. The weather gets muggy, so we keep the windows open for a breeze while we check the latest cargo lists.
