V. Export

You can find V. Export over at 62, Karpaga Nagar, 7th Street, in K.Pudur. It is a bit of a quiet residential area, so we try not to make too much noise, although the delivery vans can be a bit loud when they pull up in the morning. Our office is a small space that we’ve rented for years. The walls are painted a dull cream color and we have a couple of ceiling fans that hum constantly to keep the heat away. It’s mostly just three of us working here. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people about shipping dates and checking on the inventory we have stored in the back room. The street is quite narrow, so if two cars meet, someone has to back up, which happens more often than you’d think. We don’t have any big corporate meetings or fancy presentations. We just sit at our desks and work through the list of things that need to be done. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to be patient with it. For lunch, we usually bring tiffins from home and eat together while talking about the news or the neighborhood. K.Pudur is a good place to be because it's close to where we live. We aren't looking to become some massive company. We just want to do our daily tasks and go home to our families. It's just a regular way to make a living.
