Benny Events

Benny Events is located in Madurai, right on Kalpalam Road. You can find us at No 13 A in the Goripalayam area. We are quite close to Meenakshi College, so there is always a lot of student traffic nearby. We handle event planning and management for the local community here. Whether it is a small family gathering or something slightly bigger, we take care of the logistics. My team and I spend a lot of time on our feet. We have to coordinate with different people to make sure chairs, tables, and sound systems are where they need to be. Madurai is a city that loves its celebrations, so we stay pretty active throughout the year. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather is hot or we have to move heavy equipment around Goripalayam. We started this because we liked being involved in the local events. Our office isn't anything special, just a place to keep our schedules and meet with people who want to plan something. We try to be straightforward about what we can do and what things will cost. Most people around here just stop by for a chat when they have an upcoming date in mind. We've been around for a while now, and we know the local halls and venues quite well. It's a busy life but it keeps us connected to the city and the families living in our neighborhood.
