We operate out of Tagore Nagar in S.S Colony. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the main trade centers, which we actually prefer. Our setup at 20/25 is pretty basic. We focus on exporting goods, which mostly involves a lot of shipping documents and making sure the packing is done right so nothing breaks on the way. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We're a small team that knows each other’s names and how we take our coffee. We handle the logistics of getting products from here to wherever they need to go across the border. It’s a lot of coordination with truckers and shipping agents. Sometimes things get delayed at the port and we have to spend all day on the phone trying to figure out why. We don't put on a show for anyone. We just focus on the boxes and the labels. The office is usually filled with the sound of the printer and someone checking the schedule. We’ve had some of the same clients for years because they know we just do the work without any fluff. It’s a steady kind of life. S.S Colony is a nice place to work from, and we’ve gotten to know the other small businesses around here quite well over the years. We just keep our heads down and keep the shipments moving. It's not always easy but we make it through the week.
