Out here in Madurai, specifically in S S Colony, things move at their own pace. Banu Hitec Dairy Private Limited is located over at 11 Vasu Nagar, right in the Tagore Nagar Extension. It’s a busy little neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. Dealing with dairy means we are up pretty early most mornings. The air is a bit cooler then before the Madurai sun really starts hitting the pavement. We aren't trying to be some massive industrial giant; we just focus on the dairy business and the people we supply. The office is simple, with old desks and a few fans going all day to keep the heat back. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to drivers who come in and out. It’s a lot of practical work, making sure things stay cold and get where they need to go on time. Sometimes the power goes out or a truck gets delayed, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That is just how life is here. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they are supposed to do without being told twice. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. People in the area know where we are if they need us. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we take pride in just getting the job done without any extra drama. That is plenty for us.
