Jamaai Ice Creams

Jamaai Ice Creams is located at No 73c on West Perumal Maistry Street in Madurai. We are quite close to Townhall Road, which is a very busy part of the city. In a place like Madurai, it gets very hot, so having an ice cream shop makes sense. We’ve been here in the 625001 area serving cold treats to whoever walks through the door. The shop isn't very large, but we have enough space for a few people to sit and cool off for a bit. It’s a local business, run by people who live right here. We don't have a corporate office or a big board of directors. It’s just us scooping ice cream and chatting with the neighbors. We have the standard flavors that everyone likes and maybe a few others too. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people walking by, but it’s a bit quieter inside our shop. We keep the freezers running all night to make sure everything stays cold. Sometimes we run out of the popular stuff by the end of the day. It’s a simple life, really. We open up, clean the glass counters, and wait for the kids to come in after school. It’s a nice way to spend the day, seeing people enjoy something sweet. We’ve been part of this street for a while now and know many of our customers by name. People stop by for a quick cup or cone before heading back into the heat.
