Ambhani Travels

Ambhani Travels is based over in Kochadai on Melakkal Main Road. We are at number 29, which is quite handy because the Passport Office is just a short walk away. We get a lot of people coming in who are visiting the passport office from out of town and need a way to get back to the station or over to a hotel. It is a busy little area, but not as cramped as the old city center. We keep things pretty simple here. We have some cars parked nearby and we try to keep the drivers ready for whatever comes up. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea, and other days the phone won't stop ringing with people needing rides to the airport or long-distance trips. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the cars are running well and the drivers are being decent to the passengers. Madurai roads can be tricky with all the narrow lanes, so having guys who know the way is important. The office is just a plain room where we handle the paperwork and keys. It's a regular local business run by regular people. We have been in Kochadai for a while now and we know the neighborhood pretty well. We just do what needs to be done to keep the business going every day.
