Alternate View Event Mangement

We have been running Alternate View Event Mangement from our spot in Madurai for some time now. You can find us at New No 19 Old No 85/2 in Pazhanganatham. We are right near the Nataraja Cinema Hall, which makes it pretty easy to explain where we are to people. Organizing events is basically what we do all day long. It is not always fancy work like people think. Mostly, it is just a lot of phone calls and making sure the tents and chairs show up when they are supposed to. Pasumbon Nagar is a busy area and we like being part of it. Sometimes things get a bit messy with the scheduling, especially when there are a lot of weddings happening at once in the city. We do not have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we keep our files and meet with folks. We have lived in Madurai for years, so we know how things work around here. We just try to help people get their functions sorted without too much stress. If a light goes out or a caterer is running late, we are the ones who have to fix it. That is just the job. We do not make a big deal out of it. We just show up and get the work done as best as we can every day.
