We've been operating out of the Saradha Shopping Centre for quite a while now. Most people find us easily because we’re right on Work Shop Road in Simmakkal, just a short walk from the Bharat Petroleum bunk. It’s a busy area, but that’s how we like it. The office is at No 40/1. Usually, the mornings are spent checking schedules and making sure the cars are ready for whoever needs them. We handle a lot of local trips and some longer ones too. It isn’t a fancy place, just a desk and some chairs where we sit down and talk to customers about where they need to go. We deal with trains and buses and all that. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it’s just locals dropping by to ask about ticket prices. We try to keep things simple here. If someone wants to travel, we look at the books and see what fits. Being in Madurai, we see a lot of people heading out to different parts of the state. We’ve been at this address for years, so most of the shopkeepers around here know us well. It is just a small team working out of this spot in Simmakkal. We don’t do much advertising, mostly just people seeing the sign when they go past the shopping center. It works for us. We just focus on getting the details right for the people who come in.
