Till Date

Our little spot is located in Ward Number 10 over in Maharajgunj. It is right in the heart of Madhubani. People around here know the name Till Date, though we are not a massive shop by any means. It is a quiet area most of the time, but market days can get pretty hectic with people everywhere. I have lived in Bihar my whole life and setting this up here just felt like the right thing to do. The building is older, with some cracks in the walls that we just live with. It adds some character, I suppose. We open up early because the morning air is the nicest before the summer heat really kicks in. Most of the people who drop by are just neighbors or folks from the nearby wards. We do not really do much advertising around here. Word of mouth works much better for us in a place like this. Sometimes we sit outside on plastic chairs when things are slow and watch the traffic go by on the road. There is a small tea stall not too far away that we visit often. Running a business here means dealing with the heavy rain during the monsoon, which can be a bit of a mess with the muddy roads. But we manage to keep things going. We have a small team, just a couple of us really, doing all the day-to-day tasks. It is a practical way to earn a living. We know most of our customers by their names.
