Assurgent Technology Pvt Ltd is located out in Bithuar, which is in the Bihar region. It is not where you would expect to find a technology company, but here we are. The office is right in the village area, so it is a very different vibe from the big cities like Patna or Delhi. We have a modest setup here with our computers and some basic networking. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit for the backup, but that is just part of living and working in this part of India. Most of the people working here are from around the local area. We do a lot of our work online, so as long as the internet is running, we are good to go. The office isn't anything fancy, just a plain building with enough room for our team to sit and code or manage data. Outside, you can hear the sounds of the village, like the cattle or the local market nearby. It is an honest way to work. We don't have fancy coffee machines or lounge areas. We just sit at our desks and do what needs to be done. It is quiet and we can really focus on the tasks. People in the village know us, and it feels good to be providing these kinds of jobs right here at home instead of everyone having to move away. It is hard work but it keeps the days interesting for all of us.
