Y.B.V.& Co. is situated right inside the Carnival Complex. If you know Ludhiana, you probably know the Mall Road area and Bharat Nagar Chowk. It’s a very busy part of the city with people coming and going at all hours. We have been in this building for quite some time now. The 141001 area is always buzzing with people and cars. Carnival Complex is easy to find, which helps when people are looking for us among all the other buildings on Mall Road. We just have a regular office space where we handle all our business. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. We spend our days at our desks, taking calls and going through piles of files. The noise from Mall Road filters in sometimes, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. Being near Bharat Nagar Chowk means there are plenty of places to grab a quick tea or lunch nearby, which is nice. Y.B.V.& Co. isn't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team doing our thing. The office feels lived-in and comfortable for us. We have our files stacked up and our computers running all day long. Sometimes the elevator in the complex is a bit slow or doesn't work, so we just take the stairs instead. It’s a straightforward place to work. We don't have any scripted speeches or mission statements. We just try to get the work done right every day in Ludhiana.
