We are based out of House No 784 in Block I of Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar. It’s a residential area in Ludhiana, so it doesn’t feel like a typical business district at all. Working from a house means things are a bit more relaxed than a high-rise office. At Il Fs Investsmart Securities Ltd, we have our desks set up in what used to be living spaces. It’s a quiet block for the most part, though you get the usual neighborhood sounds like kids playing or neighbors talking across fences. We’ve been here for a while, and the people around know us as the office in the house. There isn't a big sign or anything flashy out front. We just get on with our work, managing the paperwork and staying on top of the daily tasks. Ludhiana is a busy city, but BRS Nagar is a nice spot to be tucked away in. We don’t have fancy meeting rooms, just chairs around a table where we discuss what needs to be done. It’s a practical way to operate, keeping things simple and staying close to the community. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad most days. We just show up, do the job, and make sure everything is sorted for the people who rely on us. It's a decent way to spend the work week without too much stress.
