Vikas Properties

Vikas Properties has an office at No.14/B in Sneh Nagar. We are located near the Lotus Showroom, which makes it easy for our clients to find us. Sneh Nagar is a pleasant residential area, and our office fits right in with the neighborhood. It is a small building, and our room is just enough for a couple of desks and a small cupboard for our records. We have been working from this address for quite a long time now. The office feels a bit like a home because it is so small and quiet. We do not have any big corporate signs or fancy lighting. We just have a simple light over the desk and a fan that hums in the corner. Most of the people we help are from the surrounding blocks. We spend a lot of time walking around Sneh Nagar to see which houses are for rent or sale. We do not really use the internet for much other than checking emails. We prefer to talk to people face to face. The office is usually open from morning until late evening. Sometimes we sit outside on the porch when the weather is nice. It is a very relaxed way to run a property business. We do not have any big goals of becoming a giant company. We just like being the local experts that people can come to when they need help with a house.
