Singla Estate

Our place is located in Chhabra Colony, within the Sarabha Nagar Extension along Pakhowal Road. We are also near the Motor Market in Manimajra. It’s a bit of a spread-out area, but we manage to cover it. We’ve been working in the property business for quite a while now. The office isn't anything too special, just a comfortable place where we can sit down and talk to people about what they need. Whether it is a house in the colony or a spot near the market, we usually have a few leads in our pocket. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a local setup where we know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. People often drop by just to see what the prices are doing or to ask about a specific plot of land. We keep things very informal and straightforward. No one has time for long-winded talk, so we just get to the point. The Pakhowal Road area has seen a lot of development lately, and we’ve been right here watching it happen. We do the paperwork, check the titles, and help with the handovers. It’s just what we do every day. It feels good to see a family settle into a new home that we helped them find. We stay busy with the local market and keep our notes updated.
