Our spot is over in Flowerdale Colony on Barewal Road here in Ludhiana. It’s a decent area, though the roads get a bit messy when it rains. We’ve been at number 50 for a while now. The office isn't very large, just enough room for a few desks and some filing cabinets that are starting to overflow. DTZ is the name on the board outside. Most of the time we’re just busy with the daily grind, answering calls and sorting through various documents. Ludhiana is a fast city, but in our little colony, it feels a bit more relaxed. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat at the desk while looking out the window at the neighbors passing by. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of that corporate stuff. It’s just a place where we get work done. Some days are stressful when deadlines are tight, but mostly we just take it as it comes. The air conditioner works okay, though it makes a bit of a rattling sound in the summer. We’ve got the pin code 141012. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't really bother with big speeches or anything like that. People come in, we talk about what needs doing, and we do it. It’s just us, working away in Flowerdale like we always have. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot of mail to sort through, but that's just part of the job.
