You can find our office at 11 Firozpur Road, right near Barewal Road. It’s a location we’ve been in for a good while. Prince Estate Property Consultants is a small operation, mostly just us helping folks find a place to stay or a bit of land. The intersection near Barewal Road is usually busy, so there’s always people passing by. We keep things very simple here. We have our listings, our phone, and our local knowledge. We don't go in for big advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who just know us in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time walking around the local streets and talking to owners. It’s a lot of manual work, checking things out in person rather than just looking online. We try to keep our office welcoming but it’s mostly just a place to sign papers and store our files. Some days are slow and others we can’t catch our breath, but that’s the way real estate goes. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help our neighbors with their property needs. It’s a straightforward job and we enjoy the people we meet along the way. We don't use fancy brochures or polished sales pitches, just a bit of honest talk about what a property is really like. That’s how we've always run the place and it seems to work for everyone.
