Vacancyindia Pvt. Ltd. is located right in the middle of Palika Bazar in Barara, which is in the Ambala district. Being in a bazaar means we are surrounded by the daily life of the town. There is always noise from the shops nearby and people walking past our door. Our office is a modest one, just a room with a few desks and some filing cabinets where we keep all the job records. Most of the people who come to see us are locals from Barara or the surrounding villages who are looking for a steady job. We listen to them and see what we have available on our lists. It’s not a complicated process. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or any polished marketing materials. We are just a small team trying to be useful to our neighbors. The market can get very crowded on the weekends, which makes getting into the office a bit of a struggle, but we like being where the action is.
