Abhi Placements,Ldh is located over in Jain Colony in the Moti Nagar area of Ludhiana. Our address is 2698/A, and it’s a place where we spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in looking for work. Ludhiana is a busy city with all the factories and shops, so there is always someone looking for a new spot. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a regular building in a residential-feeling colony. Inside, we have some chairs for people to sit while they wait to talk to us and a few desks where we keep track of all the job openings. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons when people are off their current shifts and looking for something better. We hear a lot of stories about what people are looking for in a job. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, which is just part of life here, and we just wait for it to come back on so we can get back to our computers. Moti Nagar is a decent area to be in because it's central to a lot of the industrial activity. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us answering calls and trying to match people with the right companies. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening every single day.
