Alexa Manpower Solutions is based over at Sco-6 in Ghumar Mandi. If you have ever spent any time in the market here, you know how packed and busy it gets every day. We are right in the middle of all that noise and energy. Our office is a small space where we try to organize workers for various different jobs around the area. It takes a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be at the right time. We do not have any fancy mission statements or slogans painted on the walls. Mostly, we just have calendars, desks, and lists of names to keep track of. It can get a little bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we always manage to get through it. The staff here is used to the fast pace of Ghumar Mandi and we do not mind the hustle. We do not wear suits or act like we are working in a high-rise corporate building. We are just regular people trying to help other people find decent work. Sometimes the stairs leading up to our office are a bit dusty, and the chairs in the waiting area are clearly not new. But the work gets done, and that is what the people who visit us really care about. It is just a practical business in a very busy part of the city.
