Our office is located at 642-I in Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar. It’s a well-known part of Ludhiana in Punjab. While the name Tata Consultancy Services is a big one, this specific branch is quite grounded. We don't have the massive campus feel you might find in cities like Bangalore or Pune. It’s a more modest setup here in the 141012 zip code. We mostly deal with consultancy projects for different clients. The team here is small and we all know each other well. We don't have a big cafeteria or a gym inside the building. We just have our workstations and a small tea area. Ludhiana is an industrial city, so people here value hard work and getting things done without a lot of fuss. We try to stick to that. We don’t go around promoting ourselves with big slogans. We just focus on the software and the data we have to manage every day. The neighborhood is nice and mostly quiet during the work hours. We’ve been a part of this community for a while now. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We just show up, do our hours, and make sure the projects stay on track. It’s a regular job in a regular office. We like the stability of being in BRS Nagar. It’s a practical place to work and it suits our style. We just take it one day at a time.
