Talent Seekers

Our business, Talent Seekers, is tucked away in the Model Town area of Ludhiana. It is a much more relaxed part of the city compared to the industrial zones. We don’t have a massive staff or a fancy headquarters with a glass elevator. It is just a simple office space where a few of us work on matching people with the right jobs. Model Town is a nice place to be because it has a bit of a neighborhood feel, which makes people feel more comfortable when they come in to see us. The office itself is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and computers that have seen a few years of use. We don't wear formal suits or follow a strict corporate handbook. We just talk to the people who walk in and try to understand what kind of work they are looking for. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it is full of applicants filling out forms. We spend a lot of time on the phone with local businesses around Ludhiana to see who is hiring. It’s a very local, person-to-person kind of operation. We don’t make any big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find work and help companies find workers. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of the community here in Model Town. We just keep things moving one day at a time.
