T A Engineers Corporation is based at 357 Janta Nagar, right on Umiyodham Road. We’ve been set up here for quite a few years now. The shop is usually humming with the sound of fans and machinery. We do a lot of technical work, but we try not to make it sound more complicated than it is. We take on jobs that require a bit of thinking and a lot of elbow grease. It’s not a shiny showroom. There are blueprints taped to the walls and scrap metal in the corners. We like it that way because it shows we are actually working. Janta Nagar is a good place for a business like ours. There’s a lot of energy on Umiyodham Road, and we get a lot of walk-ins who just need a quick fix or a bit of advice. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us who know how to handle the machines. We’ve learned everything we know from doing it day in and day out. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If a job is going to take a week, we tell you it’ll take a week. Honesty is just easier for everyone involved. We’re just regular people doing a job we understand well. If you’re ever in the neighborhood, you’ll probably see us out front moving crates or talking to a delivery driver. That's just our daily routine.
