Surjit Tent & Event Management

We operate out of Ajit Road in Bhatinda City, not far from Godhewala Chowk. We’ve been in the tent and event business for quite a few years now. Even though we are based in Bhatinda, we often find ourselves traveling over to Ludhiana for work as well. It’s a lot of driving and heavy lifting. We have a big inventory of tents, poles, carpets, and lighting. It’s a messy business sometimes, especially when it rains and we have to dry out all the fabric before it gets ruined in storage. We aren't a corporate event firm. We are just a local team that knows how to put up a sturdy structure and make a space look right for a function. The shop on Ajit Road is where we keep all the records and talk to people. We’ve handled everything from small backyard gatherings to much larger setups in open fields. It’s tiring work, being on your feet all day and night. We don’t have a fancy mission statement. We just show up, set the things up, and take them down when the party is over. Sometimes things break or get lost, but we just deal with it and move on. We know the area well and we know what people around here expect when they are hosting an event. It’s just honest work for us, making sure the tents stay up and everyone has a place to sit and eat comfortably.
