Abhishek Industries Ltd, Trident Group

We operate out of House No. 3043 in Sector 28-D over in Chandigarh. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our office for Abhishek Industries Ltd set up here. Being part of the Trident Group means there’s always a lot of coordination to manage. Our days usually start early, with someone putting on the kettle while we look over the production schedules and paperwork. Chandigarh is a planned city, so finding the place is easy enough for people coming by. The office isn't overly fancy, it's just a functional place where we handle the administrative side of the industry work. We’ve got a few rooms dedicated to different tasks, and the backyard area is mostly just for taking a quick break. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the others like their tea. We deal with various aspects of the business, from looking at spreadsheets to taking calls from the bigger branches. It’s steady work and we don't really go in for big speeches or anything like that. We just come in, do our hours, and head home. The sector is quiet enough that you can actually hear the birds in the morning, which is a nice change from the noisier parts of the city. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
