We are based in Ludhiana, right on Shingar Road inside the Kalra Market area. It’s a very busy part of town, especially being so near to Samrala Chowk. We’re directly opposite the Union Bank of India and quite close to the PNB Bank branch too. The market is always crowded with people, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache on some days. Our office is a simple place where we handle counseling and various educational services. It’s filled with folders, stacks of books, and a few old computers that still do the job for us. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with a big TV or expensive furniture. It’s just some basic chairs against the wall for people to wait. We spend our days answering phone calls and meeting with students and their parents. It can get pretty hectic when the local schools let out in the afternoon. The staff here are all from Ludhiana, so we know the local schools and how the system works around here. We drink a lot of strong coffee to stay sharp through the long hours. It’s not a shiny corporate office, just a normal workspace where we try to get things sorted for people. Sometimes we’re still here late into the evening finishing up student applications. It’s honest work and we don't have any big slogans or anything like that.
