Sjs Academy

Sjs Academy is out in Jamalpur Colony at HL 343. If you know where Nauhria Hospital is, we’re right near there. It’s a bit further out in Ludhiana, postcode 141010. The colony is usually pretty busy with people going to and from the hospital. Our building is a simple one. I've been here for a while now. It started small and it’s still pretty small. We have a few rooms dedicated to the academy. It’s nothing like the big institutes downtown. We don't have a fancy waiting room. Most parents just wait outside on their bikes or in their cars. I like being in Jamalpur. It feels like a real community. The walls are a little plain and the flooring is basic tile. It’s a practical space. We don't have much in the way of decoration. Just some maps and charts on the walls. The noise from the hospital area can be a bit much sometimes but you get used to it. I do all the cleaning and the organizing myself. It’s a one-man show mostly. People find us because we’ve been at this address for a long time. It’s a straightforward setup for local kids. No bells and whistles. Just a place to sit down and focus. We just open the doors every morning and get to work without much fuss or extra noise.
