Our shop is right near Dholewal Chowk in Parbhat Nagar. It’s number 15, if you’re looking for it. It gets pretty noisy outside with the traffic coming off the chowk, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been at this spot for quite a few years. It started as a small place and just stayed that way. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves full of parts and boxes. We deal with all kinds of electronics. Some days it’s repairing old TVs, other times it’s selling small components that are hard to find elsewhere. The workbench in the back is always a mess of wires and soldering irons. That’s where most of the actual work happens. People from around Parbhat Nagar stop by for all sorts of things. Sometimes they just want a cable or need advice on why something isn’t turning on. We don’t really have a big team, just a couple of us who know the technical side of things. It’s a busy area, so there’s always someone walking in. We try to keep things organized, but when a shipment comes in, there are boxes everywhere for a day or two. It’s just a regular local shop. We open the shutters in the morning and stay until late evening. It’s been our routine for as long as I can remember. Dholewal Chowk is a landmark for everyone around here, and being at number 15 puts us right in the middle of local life.
