Shree Vijay Traders

If you find yourself on Kailash Nagar Road in Ludhiana, you might pass by our shop, Shree Vijay Traders. We are located at house number 255 in Preet Vihar. Ludhiana is a very busy place, especially with all the industry and trading going on, and we are right in the middle of it. Our shop is usually packed with boxes and various goods that we trade. It can get a bit cramped in there, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We don't have a fancy showroom or sales people in uniforms. It is just us, the owners, and a couple of helpers who move the stock around. Most of our day is spent on the phone talking to suppliers or dealing with customers who come in looking for a specific item. The road outside is always noisy with rickshaws and trucks, but you get used to the sound after a while. We keep a simple accounts book and try to make sure everyone gets a fair price. We aren't trying to be a massive chain of stores; we are happy just being a local trader that people can rely on. Sometimes we stay late to finish the inventory or clean up the dust that settles on the shelves. It is hard work but it is what we know how to do best in Ludhiana. We keep the doors open six days a week and sometimes on Sundays if there is extra work.
