Our place is at E-419 in Phase-6 of the Focal Point in Dhandari Kalan. If you know this area, you know it’s almost entirely factories and shipping warehouses. It’s not the kind of place people visit for fun, but it’s perfect for our export business. We spend a lot of our time dealing with crates, boxes, and packing materials. The warehouse floor is usually covered with items ready to be shipped out. We have to be careful about the organization, though sometimes things get a bit cluttered when multiple orders come in at once. There’s a small office where we handle the export documents and phone calls, but we’re usually out on the floor making sure things are being handled right. The trucks are constantly coming and going through the industrial estate, and the noise of the forklifts is constant. We’ve been operating out of this Focal Point location for several years. It isn't a fancy setup with a lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace designed for moving goods. We have a small group of workers who know the routine and keep things moving. We deal with all the typical issues like delayed trucks or missing paperwork, but we just handle it and move on. It’s a practical business in a very practical part of town. We just focus on getting the shipments out on time.
