Sharmasgroup is based right on GT Road. If you know this road, you know it never really sleeps. There’s always a truck or a car passing by, and that energy kind of flows into our workplace too. We’ve been here for a good number of years. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it's where we get everything done. We have a mix of different things going on under one roof. Some days we’re focused on one project, and the next day it’s something completely different. It keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a big corporate manual or a lot of rules about how to talk to people. We just act like ourselves. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we’re more like a bunch of friends than just coworkers. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time figuring out how to fix problems that pop up. Being on GT Road means we’re easy to get to, but it also means it’s never quiet. We don’t mind the noise though. It reminds us that there’s a whole world moving outside while we’re inside doing our work. We just try to be fair and do a decent job with whatever comes our way. It’s a simple way of running things, but it’s served us well so far. We just open the doors and get started with whatever the day brings us.
