You can find Satguru Agencies over at unit 852 in the Kohinoor Textile Market, which is part of the main industrial area. It’s a big, busy place with a lot of people moving rolls of fabric and loading trucks all day long. We’ve been here since the market was a lot quieter than it is now. Our space is mostly taken up by boxes and samples of different materials. We deal with various agencies and suppliers to keep the stock moving. The lighting in the back isn't the best, so we use a few extra lamps when we’re counting inventory. It gets pretty hot in the summer months, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We aren't some big high-end office; it’s just a practical workplace where we get things done. My brother and I usually handle the orders, and we have one guy who helps with the heavy lifting. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by the market. There’s always a bit of dust from the textiles, but that’s just part of being in this line of work. We keep a small kettle for tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets around here. We just try to stay on top of the orders and make sure the deliveries go out on time.
