Sapra Industries

Our place is located in Katani Kalan, specifically down Mittal Kanda Lane. It’s a bit off the main road, so it’s a little quieter here than in the big industrial zones. We started Sapra Industries with just a couple of machines and a lot of hope. Now we have a decent setup where we manufacture parts. The lane can get pretty muddy when it rains, making it tough for the delivery vans to get in and out. We all pitch in to help when things get busy. There’s no boss or worker vibe here really, we all just work together to get the orders finished. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms. We eat our tiffins together on the packing table near the back. The equipment we use is older but it still works perfectly fine for what we do. We take care of the maintenance ourselves most of the time to save some money. It’s a small operation and we like it that way. We know all the other business owners on the lane and we help each other out with tools or extra hands when needed. It’s a tight-knit community here. We aren't trying to become a giant corporation. We just want to do a decent job and make a living every day.
